Potter Clinton Development, Inc. is a real estate development firm located in Bozeman, Montana and Teton Valley, Idaho. The principals and staff of the firm bring more than 100 years of diverse professional experience to the planning, design, and execution of real estate projects. The unique blending of expertise in land use planning and design, landscape architecture, construction management, real estate brokerage and financial management enable PC to be involved in all facets of a real estate development.

PC Development was formed in 1989 by Tom Clinton and Mike Potter. Potter and Clinton were two of the four general partners who founded Teton Pines, a major resort and second home community in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the early 1980s. Teton Pines includes a 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, indoor/outdoor tennis facilities, overnight accommodations, major country club clubhouse facilities including restaurant and food and beverage services, an office and retail complex, service and maintenance operations, and residential real estate. Constructed over a four-year term at a capital cost exceeding $30 million, Teton Pines is one of the premier residential recreation communities in the intermountain region.

Upon successful completion of the development work at Teton Pines Potter Clinton have expanded into a variety of other real estate development projects.

PC has been or is involved as a partner or owner of several dozen developments in Jackson Hole, Teton Valley and Bozeman, aggregating more than 10,000 acres, 6,500 units and approximately $730 million in gross sales. PC has also acted as a consultant on eight additional residential and mixed use developments, aggregating more than 31,000 acres and 850 units. PC has been involved as a general partner and/or owner in two commercial developments with gross sales of more than $5 million.

PC is dedicated to the creation of high quality real estate projects regardless of size. PC prides itself upon being able to create products which are both aesthetically pleasing and convenient, and in harmony with the nature of the land. PC's experience ranges from the sophisticated upscale projects to starter home subdivisions with high densities and low density developments concentrating on wildlife preserves and natural habitats. All developments are designed and constructed to enhance and maintain values. Similarly, all plans attempt to achieve the greatest financial return possible while still being politically and environmentally sound.

PC's ability to obtain approval of projects from federal, state, and local governmental authorities speaks for itself. To date PC has achieved a 100% success rate in all projects for which approval has been sought.

PC spends extensive time and effort in analysis of the real estate market to determine product type, market strata, pricing, timing and implementation strategy.
